The Placitas Library Flea Market will be held on the second and fourth Saturdays May through October of each month in the fields west of the Merc from 7 AM to 4 PM. For more information, click here.

POSTER CONTEST - Kids - Help PCL introduce the LABYRINTH to Placitas! Posters are due July 11, 2014. For the flier with the rules, click here.

July Artist - Ann Pollard works in either an abstract or impressionist style using acrylic and mixed media. Her collection will run until July 31st. For details on the artist, click here.

Noted New Mexican historian and author Richard Melzer will present a talk based on his book “Coming of Age in the Great Depression: The Civilian Conservation Corps In New Mexico,” on Saturday, July 26, 2014, 2:00 PM. For the flier, click here.

August Art Show - an exhibit of paintings, by the Placitas Community Center Painting Class. Artists include: Rosemary Harris (Romy), Gene Anderson, Cissy Casaus, John McClendon, Adele Stuhlmann, Kathryn Erdman and Elizabeth Bogard. A Reception will be held on Sunday, August 10, from 1-4 PM.
