Collin Meeting Room

The library has meeting space available for patrons to use. Maximum occupancy is 50 seated. There is a kitchenette, lighted lecturn, projector and screen available. There is a $25 deposit per meeting to cover the cost of cleaning and the key. If the room is properly cleaned and the key returned, the $25 deposit will be refunded. You must fill out and turn in a form to reserve the room. Click here to view availability on our calendar. The form is available to be picked up at the library or by clicking on the file below. Note that this calendar is the scheduling calendar that includes set-up and take-down times. For times of the actual events, please head to the homepage and click on the event of interest.

Photocopier and FAX

There is a photocopier/printer available to all patrons. The fees are 10 cents per copy for black and white and 50 cents per copy for color. See the Help Desk volunteers for help.

If a patron wishes to make a FAX, see a Help Desk volunteer and they will send the FAX for you. The charge is $1.oo for the first page and 25 cents there after.

WiFi
